Yes, you can edit the Cost and Price for any effect in any version of Finale 3D (Lite, Hobbyist or Pro).
The Price field, like many other fields in the Script window, is read-only and is linked to the effect definition in the Effects window. You can edit the price for your items in your My Effects collection, or, if you only want to adjust the price for the current show you can edit in the Per-show effects collection.
