    Hello everyone,

    I have a problem on Finale3D in edit mode there is a latency in the image when I launch the sequence,

     

    I have a Ryzen 5 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an Nvidia Ge force RTX 3050 graphics card .

    Is it normal that there is a latency with this configuration?

    Hi NoéMaamar, thanks for posting. No, latency is not normal. When you say latency, do you mean that the audio that you hear isn’t sync with the simulation? This could indicate a problem with your audio driver. You can try updating your audio drivers. If you already have the latest update, you may want to try reverting back to a previous driver version to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem is not audio/video sync, please make a video screen capture or use your cell phone to record a video that shows the issue and then send the video to support@finale3d.com. Since the video will likely be too large to send as an email attachment, you can send it using wetransfer.com.
