NewcomerHow do you handle pressurizing liquid flame machines before a music-synchronized show where the first flame fires 15 seconds into the song?
The machine needs 40 seconds of pressurizing time before it can fire.
Using Cobra to fire pyro, drive DMX and the music.

CharcoalHello and welcome to the Finale 3D community!
Some DMX-capable firing systems have the ability to set specific DMX channels when they are armed (such as a flame pressurization channel). I don’t think the Cobra system currently has this capability, but I recommend confirming with the Cobra support team to be certain.
Assuming channels can only be set once the script is running, the solution is to add additional time at the beginning of your soundtrack to allow the flame machines enough time to pressurize. This is accomplished by adding silence. For example, if the flames need to fire 15 seconds into a song, adding 30 seconds of silence to the beginning of the soundtrack would allow the flames enough time to pressurize. This would result in the script and silence beginning at time zero, pressurization beginning at time zero, music beginning at 30 seconds, and flames firing at 45 seconds.
