NewcomerHi Gfkiley, welcome to the Finale 3D forum, congrats on your first post!
The built-in Product Totals report is sorted by Size then Part Number. PDF reports can’t be customized in Finale 3D Hobbyist. Upgrading to Pro would allow you to customize reports. Alternatively, what you can do in Hobbyist is save your report as an XLSX instead of a PDF. By exporting as XLSX, you can change the sort order to anything you like using Excel.

NewcomerHi PyroExec, the built-in report templates can’t be customized in the Hobbyist edition of Finale 3D. To open up the world of customization options, you’ll need the Pro version. As a workaround, you could configure the script window with the columns you’d like to export, then go to the blue gear icon ⚙️ and select Export table. The downside of this approach is that you’ll get a line for each event in the script, not a single line per part number with a total. In Hobbyist, there’s no way to adjust the columns, and simultaneously leverage the row consolidation/totaling features.
