    Hi everyone!

     

    First time posting in the forum, but I requested some products and simulations a little more than 1 month ago. Any ideas how long it takes for the request to be processed?

    We don’t have a specific timeframe for requests at the moment, but reducing lead times is something we’re actively working on. Turnaround has been a little slower than we’d like while we continue getting the Finale DB platform off the ground, but requests are being worked through!
