This message indicates that the Finale 3D installer could not write a files, because something on the computer still has that file open.
Here is what I would do, in order:
1. Click Abort, then make sure Finale 3D is fully closed. Open Task Manager and check for finale3d-gui.exe or process-exec.exe still running, and end them if they are.
2. Run the installer again.
3. If it happens again, restart Windows and run the installer before opening Finale 3D.
4. If it still happens, turn off your antivirus real-time protection, run the installer, then turn the protection back on.
One thing I would avoid is clicking Ignore. That skips the file, which leaves you with an incomplete installation.
