    When signing in I have an option to check “work offline” but no option to sync with network

    When I choose Sync with Network from file drop down,  I get a blank box, nothing  happens.

     

    Any ideas or help would be appreciated

    The ‘Sync with network’ dialog coming up blank likely means that a necessary file is missing from the Finale 3D installation directory. We’ve seen this issue a few times when an anti-virus or anti-malware application interferes with the Finale 3D installation process. For example, an application called “Webroot” has been known to cause this issue. If you have Webroot or another 3rd party anti-virus application, try disabling the real-time protection and then reinstall Finale 3D. After Finale 3D is successfully installed, you can re-enable your anti-virus software.
