If you get an error saying VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found when you try to run Finale 3D, you can fix the error by downloading and installing the latest Visual C++ Redistributable package from Microsoft. Here is a link to the download page:

The Microsoft page provides three architecture options. Please choose the one that matches the architecture of your system. If you aren’t sure, download and install the X64 package. As soon as you complete the installation, Finale 3D should run normally.
