The logo placement isn’t caused by your image or anything you’re doing wrong. The placement was changed during the development of the new rack layout diagrams. Obviously, site layouts and rack layouts are different, but the goal was the same for both — to make more space available in the info panel for other show data. Currently, the placement is fixed; there isn’t a setting you can adjust to change it. I take it you liked the old placement better?
