I am trying to print labels for my upcoming shows. I am using the Avery template, and made sure that the #’s and Sizes match. However, they don’t line up and when they print they are all off. Anyone else having this problem? Doesn’t matter what size I am using, they don’t ever line up correctly. Anyone have a fix?

Check out: Why don’t my labels align with the stickers?

The most likely culprit is a print scaling setting. Make sure your print scaling is set to “actual size”, not “fit to page” or “fit to printable area”.

I don’t mean to resurrect an old thread, but one other thing I’ve learned from printing labels over the years (and encountered myself this year again):

If you have a manual paper tray option, use it instead of just putting your labels into the normal paper tray. With such small tolerances, label stock can quickly lose alignment when it’s picked up and rotated  by printer rollers. On my commercial laser printer, I lose my label text off the side until I pop down my manual feed tray – then everything works well!
