Hello! Sorry for the delayed reply, I thought it had fixed itself but it has stopped working again. 1) I had not updated Finale when the error occurred. 2) I was using May 2024, this doesn’t open at all. If I try Sept 24, the ‘One Minute Please’ window opens, then it goes in to ‘not responding’ The graphics card is an AMD Radeon 550X. Something I have noted is Finale 3D is not appearing in my ‘installed programmes’. I have checked a colleague’s laptop who is able to run the latest stable but it does not appear in their programmes either.

You should be able to export a script for import into Show Director by going to File > Export > Export script as Show Director CSV. I understand that you are getting an error in Show Director. Unfortunately, there is any information in the error message that I can use to help you solve the problem. Perhaps the developer of Show Director can help you resolve the error. If you are able to tell me what you do once you import the script into Show Director, I may be able to help you quickly and easily do the same thing in Finale 3D.
