Hi EhlanaG, try installing the latest driver for your AMD graphics card from: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html   It’s normal for Finale 3D not to be included in the list of installed programs, this isn’t related to the problem you are having.

Hello! Sorry for the delayed reply, I thought it had fixed itself but it has stopped working again.   1) I had not updated Finale when the error occurred. 2) I was using May 2024, this doesn’t open at all. If I try Sept 24, the ‘One Minute Please’ window opens, then it goes in to ‘not responding’   The graphics card is an AMD Radeon 550X. Something I have noted is Finale 3D is not appearing in my ‘installed programmes’. I have checked a colleague’s laptop who is able to run the latest stable but it does not appear in their programmes either.
