I’ve seen this a few times now…a beta release will appear on ‘downloads’ and then just disappear. I understand there may have been an issue found but it would be nice to know why it was pulled especially if it had already been downloaded and installed to check out new features/fixes
A note for anyone who comes across this forum topic in the future — support for Windows 7 and 8 officially ended as of the 2024.08.01 (August 1, 2024) release. Finale 3D now requires Windows 10 or later.
Hi Ultimate Fireworks, were you able to solve the problem ? What is happening when you open the generated pdf file in acrobat and print from this program directly to the printer ? Does that work ? Regards Dirk
The diameter of a shell determines its size. If a shell is launched from a 1.75″ mortar tube, it’s a 1.75″ shell. Especially when it comes to consumer fireworks, the length, circumference, or any other measurement that tries to make a shell seem bigger is just a marketing gimmick. We don’t have a World Class catalog just yet but it’s pretty easy to create new effects. To create one of your shells, go to the Effects menu on the main menu bar, select Create effect, and type the description of the shell.
i purchased the world-class fireworks Excalibur 24 pack of shells they are 4″ long but only 1.75″ diameter and 60g how do i find them in the catalog or how do i create it in my effects i am confused if i should put 4″ or do i put 1.75″ they are just a consumer firework i don’t want to get the effect wrong for when i am making a show any help would be great thanks
