I did some tests, and this appears to be a global issue with 3D Google Maps. I’m not sure if this is a Finale issue or a Google issue — we are investigating.

Google has been experiencing server outages over the past 24 hours. I’m not sure if the outages affect 3D map data but it seems plausible. Do you encounter the same issue for different locations? For example, does the 3D map download properly if you select La Ronde in Montreal, Quebec, Canada?

It’s not currently possible to remove the header on reports. As a workaround, you could save your report as an XLSX file instead of PDF. This would allow you to open the report in Excel, which give you more editing flexibility outside of Finale 3D versus PDF.

We have trouble using 3D maps. 2D works fine, but 3D shows only black.  

I second this idea as right now I edit all of my slices to “other” so I can filter them and its a pain.
