Here’s a photo of the prox positions at PyroJam.

Hi Pyro_2903, we’ve updated the PyroJam catalog to try and eliminate confusion about which items can be used on the towers. Now, to filter to ALL items that can be used on the towers, simply enter the word Towers in the effects window search box. Similarly, if you instead opted for the 360° wheel show add-on, you can find ALL compatible items simply by entering 360 in the search box.   To find all items for the towers, search for Towers

Hi Pyro_2903, your question about the towers makes me realize that the product requirements are a little too ambiguous. I’ll discuss this with Tim and follow up with you here on the forum.

Hi @Tim Jameson,   I would like to ask a more specific question regarding the gerbs used on the towers.   Are all the products that come up in a search for “gerb” allowed to be used. For example “1 sec 8 meter stage fountain (RA8151A)? Attached a picture showing the products that come up in with this search:     Or only those products with “gerb” in the description, for example “Gerb – 10 sec Gold (PSG100302)”. You’re correct, there were actually (2) single shots which had the incorrect height on them (the RA141012 being one of them).  These are fixed now. The double crackling flower shells have been fixed as well.  Thanks for the catch.

It is different to the supplier videos I found where the effect shows up immediately. Is there any chance that you can fix that? And something seems to be wrong with the Red star with white glitter mine (RA141012). It shoots into the sky like a shell. Thank you!

Hi Darrin, while they physically fit in the rack we use, they would sit so deep inside it would make the effect much dimmer than it should be (as well as get very hot down inside the aluminum holder).  Please keep devices used on the tower or wheel positions to gerbs and single shot devices 30mm or smaller. I took a look at the RA141023 and believe this is one I fixed yesterday, try a quick re-sync and make sure it’s working properly now.
